Mr. Valdez began his Energy career as Director of Sales for Axiom Services with he was responsible for doubling their growth for four years.
Ted was formally President and Co-founder of Texas Right of Way Associates, LLC from 2006 to 2014 were his responsibilities were assisting Oil & Gas clients with their turn-key operation services including Land Survey, Right of Way Negotiations, Title Examination, Permitting and many other aspects of land services.
Ted owned and operated other businesses such as Sand Trucking and Real estate and in 2018 Ted joined forces again with his brother Don and formed Onward Land Services.
Ted was awarded the “40 under 40” award given to the Top 40 business people under the age of 40 given by the Fort Worth Business Press in 2008. In 2012 Ted was given the “Businessman of The Year” award by the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Don worked as a Right of Way Consultant and Project Manager for some of the largest energy companies in the world such as Koch Industries, Gulf States Utilities, Southern Natural Gas, Devon Energy and EOG Resources from 1980 to 2006.
With the development of the Shale Plays, Don acquired over 40 years of experience in the oil & gas/energy industry and founded TRWA, Inc. in 2006 to 2016.
Don is the CEO and founder of ARWA, Inc. – American Right of Way Academy. He sits on several Advisory Boards and is a National Public Speaker, National Instructor, Author, Course Writer, and teaches energy courses at Midland College PPDC & to the public as well as to the energy industry.
He is an Advisory Board member of the elite The Institute of Energy Management School where he teaches oil & gas Right of Way courses.
It was at no surprise when the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce recognized and awarded Mr. Valden the 2012 Businessman of the year.
